Terms & Conditions of bwenasph

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "bwenasph" or "Platform" refers to the online casino website operated at bwenasph.club, including all games, services, features, and content made available thereon.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account on bwenasph and uses the Platform for gaming or any other purpose.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on bwenasph, which grants access to the Platform's services.
• "Funds" or "Balance" refers to the Philippine Peso (₱ PHP) amounts deposited by a Player into their bwenasph account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives credited to a Player's account by bwenasph under specific promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Player must bet a bonus amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that regulates gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity and eligibility.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to bwenasph is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bwenasph, registering an account, or using any service offered on the Platform, you expressly agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use bwenasph in any capacity.

If you are accessing bwenasph on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. Your continued use of bwenasph following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

To register and use bwenasph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, casino-style gambling is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. bwenasph strictly enforces this age requirement and will request identity verification documents to confirm your age.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of bwenasph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from bwenasph or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be accessing bwenasph from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted.

bwenasph reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4 Account Registration

To access bwenasph's gaming services, you must create a registered account. The following rules govern account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) bwenasph account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bwenasph login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bwenasph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: bwenasph is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and other documents as requested. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be restricted from withdrawals.
• Account Updates: You must promptly update your account information if any details change. You can update your information through your bwenasph account settings or by contacting customer support.

5 Deposits & Payments

bwenasph accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP) through the following approved payment methods:

• GCash (instant processing)
• PayMaya / Maya (instant processing)
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Philippine debit cards issued by accredited local banks

All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and player account tier.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• bwenasph does not accept deposits via credit cards, cryptocurrency, or any other payment method not listed above. This is in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.
• bwenasph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages.
• All deposits are final once processed. bwenasph does not reverse deposits except in cases of verified technical error.

6 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of real-money funds subject to the following terms:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the bwenasph account. bwenasph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Before processing any withdrawal, bwenasph may require completion of KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission and review.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business hours; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard. Withdrawals below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• bwenasph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional verification is required.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

bwenasph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. bwenasph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period, after which any remaining bonus funds will be forfeited.
• bwenasph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• bwenasph reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, exploiting promotional terms, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

8 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on bwenasph are operated in accordance with the following standards:

• All bwenasph games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers and are subject to the same fairness standards as RNG-based games.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available in the individual game information panels. bwenasph does not manipulate RTP settings outside of the parameters certified by the game provider.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the affected round may be declared void and any wagers placed during the malfunction will be refunded to the player's account. bwenasph's decision in such matters is final.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing wagers. Game rules are accessible within each game interface on bwenasph.
• bwenasph reserves the right to void any bet or game result that it reasonably believes was affected by a technical error, software bug, or any form of cheating or collusion.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bwenasph and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account on bwenasph, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using bwenasph for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with bwenasph's software, systems, or games.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward bwenasph staff or other players.
• Accessing bwenasph from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your bwenasph account.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

bwenasph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Player request for self-exclusion under bwenasph's Responsible Gaming program.

Upon account termination for cause, bwenasph reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any legitimate real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their bwenasph account may do so by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned after standard verification.

11 Responsible Gaming

bwenasph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment — not a source of financial hardship or personal distress.

• bwenasph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately terminated and all funds returned to the payment source.
• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, the player's account will be suspended and they will not receive any marketing communications from bwenasph.
• bwenasph participates in the PAGCOR-administered national self-exclusion registry. Players who self-exclude through bwenasph may also be registered with the national registry.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on bwenasph, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of bwenasph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use bwenasph solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from bwenasph without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on bwenasph's content or software.
• Use bwenasph's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from bwenasph using automated tools.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bwenasph, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, server downtime, or network interruption.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any decision made by bwenasph in the exercise of its rights under these Terms.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

bwenasph's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits bwenasph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

14 Privacy

bwenasph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using bwenasph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bwenasph complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties and will only be shared with authorized service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to bwenasph's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory body under PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

16 Amendments to These Terms

bwenasph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bwenasph will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of bwenasph after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using bwenasph and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.
